So… We’ve just had some amazing news!

After two long years of not receiving a penny from our insurance following structural damage to the building, we took some advice and put in a complaint to appeal the decision. Fast forward to now and we’ve just heard that Zurich have upheld our appeal and are going to pay out to fix our building.

We’ve no idea yet on timescales, however, we’ve already heard from the loss adjuster so things are moving fast.

As you can imagine, the team are ecstatic and very emotional! It’s taken two years but we did it!! We gave it our all and it paid off.

We know how much you’ve all missed the venues and we genuinely can’t wait to see you enjoying yourselves in there soon. Thank you again for sticking with us through this.
