The Old Courts offers plenty of spaces to host your conferences, team building days and meetings. You can hire our stunning Victorian Court Room, Judges Chamber or our community room and we will take care of the equipment, catering, refreshments and WIFI to make your event as stress free as possible.
Not only do our spaces meet your requirements whilst standing out from the crowd but as a not-for-profit organisation, 100% of our proceeds feed back into our projects, our community, artists and the restoration of our heritage buildings. Your booking is supporting the great things we do here in Wigan.

We had a great time at Old Courts! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Special mention to Derek and Jasmine who were really supportive all day. Everyone was really complimentary of the venue and a few of our guests knew people who had their wedding receptions there 😊 Our day went really smoothly. All the food was delicious and everyone loved the melon in the breakfast buffet! We’ll be recommending the venue and if we need a site in Wigan again we will be back! Thanks for all your support as I know we had quite a few changes last minute, appreciate how flexible you were.
