Rent Party

Taking place in The Old Courts’ courtroom, Rent Party was the first of three shows programmed by the Moving Roots network. Teaming up this time with choreographer and director Darren Pritchard alongside a cast of local musicians & poets. It was a night in which the cast shared stories of marginalisation, invisibility, mental health and identity. A show about what it’s like to be working class, silenced and talented in Wigan.
