On street parking outside the venue on Crawford Street is free after 6.30pm & on Sundays.
Blue badge holders are entitled to park on the single yellow line on Crawford Street during its times of operation for up to 3 hours without charge.

Accessibility
It is very important that we ask anyone who is thinking about coming to an event with additional accessibility requirements to contact the venue prior to booking tickets, all of our events are different and we have to assess the risks involved individually. Our team are happy to discuss your personal needs in detail and will always strive to do what we can to assist within the boundaries of safety and comfort.

A wheelchair ramp
A wheelchair ramp to access the building via the Bailiff Bar entrance 1 on King St. West. This ramp makes it suitable for wheelchair users to access the stage for any events with an open mic. It’s best to let us know before the start of the night if you wish to access the stage and we will set up the room accordingly.

Super Trac
A Super Trac suitable for standard-sized wheelchairs- maximum width 700mm – maximum weight 200kg. This climbs stairs to make every floor of the building accessible. This can only be used by one wheelchair at a time and is operated by a member of staff. Please book prior to ordering tickets to ensure trained members of staff are on shift.

Assistance & Guide Dogs
We love dogs at The Old Courts and have our own office dogs. Whilst assistance dogs are welcome into our venues unfortunately there are some events, particularly those containing live music, that aren’t suitable for dogs’ sensitive ears. If you have any concerns or would like to speak to a member of staff prior to an event please ring 01942 834747

When can I visit The Old Courts?

Ticket prices & Refund policy
Ticket prices vary depending on the event.
Refunds:

- Cancelled shows: If we have had to cancel, we will offer you a full refund.
- Rescheduled shows: If we reschedule a show for whatever reason, your tickets will automatically be transferred to the new date. If you are unable to make the new date, a full refund will be offered.
If you no longer want or feel you can attend an event because of a personal choice you would not qualify for a refund or credit on your account as the standard booking T&Cs apply. We are still operating events and following guidelines, so therefore our normal booking terms apply.
Please note we only accept card payments and gift cards onsite.

Why can’t I get through on the phone?
Due to the nature of our work, our staff aren’t always near the telephone and some staff are working remotely. Please try calling again or leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Please see our Contact Us page for more options.

How old do you need to be to attend an event?
Whilst the Bailiff Bar is always strictly over 18’s, the other venues are dependent on the event. Please check the event details for more information.

Can I bring food/drink into The Old Courts?
Sorry but no outside food or drink is allowed to be brought into the venue.

Do you have a cloakroom in your venues?
Sorry, we don’t have a cloakroom in any of our venues. Please only bring items you are able to keep on you during the event.

I'm attending an event in the Grand Vault. Do you have any seating?
The Grand Vault is a standing only venue. If you are unable to comfortably stand for the duration of the show we may be able to assist with access seats, if booked in advance.
